ClassicFlowers.ae Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing ClassicFlowers.ae for your flowers, plants, and gifting needs. We value your trust and aim to provide quality products and reliable service. Please review our refund policy carefully.


1. Final Sale

All purchases made through ClassicFlowers.ae are final and non-refundable.


2. Exceptions

  • In certain cases, ClassicFlowers.ae may offer a credit voucher equivalent to the refund amount.

  • A monetary refund may be processed if we have the customer’s account details and it is agreed upon in writing.

  • Refunds, if issued, will be processed only through the original payment method.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Flowers, plants, gifts, or preserved items delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the sender.

  • Unsuccessful deliveries if the recipient is unavailable at the provided address.

  • Product quality issues due to incorrect delivery addresses or rerouting requests made by the sender.

  • No refunds for plants that die due to customer care mistakes (overwatering, underwatering, improper light, etc.).

We guarantee healthy arrival, but long-term survival depends on proper care.
Orders are pre-approved by the client (pictures & videos) prior to delivery.


4. Exchanges

No exchanges are accepted.


5. Damaged / Defective Products

Reporting

  • Please refuse to accept delivery if flowers or plants are not fresh, healthy, or are damaged.

  • Any damaged or defective items must be reported at the time of delivery.

Resolution

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • Replacement: Free replacement of the same product (subject to availability).

  • Store Credit: Issued for future purchases.

  • Partial or Full Refund: Where applicable (refund method may vary).


6. Shipping & Refund Processing

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

  • If a refund is approved, return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Once processed, refunds may take 10–15 business days to reflect in the customer’s account.

Note: In case of a return, the shipping fee will be deducted to cover delivery costs.
